As outlined in the Niagara Parks Act, Revised Regulations of Ontario, Regulation 829, all vehicles transporting passengers within Niagara Parks are required to purchase a licence.
If you will be a passenger traveling through Niagara Parks (including but not limited to limos, limo buses and private cars) driven by a commercial operator, your operator will need a daily permit. Operators who do not visit the park on a regular basis may purchase their daily licence in advance of their arrival.
A daily permit allows a commercial operator to come and go to any Niagara Parks location for one calendar day as often as they wish.
