Niagara Falls Wedding Receptions at Queenston Heights Restaurant

Serene natural beauty, a panoramic view of the Niagara River far below and an award-winning VQA Wine Collection, all combine with first-class cuisine to make this venue a favourite choice for special occasions. This quaint and charming reception venue is perfect in any season, surrounded by spring blossoms, lush summer flower beds, vibrant Fall foliage or a Victorian-style winter setting.
A reception at Queenston Heights allows you to hold your ceremony at no fee, just outside the restaurant at the Laura Secord Monument. While your photos are being taken, your guests can enjoy hand-passed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the covered Patio overlooking the Niagara Escarpment. Then move into the restaurant for dinner and dancing or remain on the Patio. What an experience! You could also use the covered Patio for your ceremony and then move into the restaurant for cocktails and dinner.
This hidden gem can seat up to 110 with a dance floor and Chef Elbert would be more than happy to sit down with you to customize the menu for your special day.
Ceremony sites close to Queenston Heights Restaurant include the Laura Secord Monument, the Wedding Arbor or the Willow Pond at the Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens and historic Queenston Chapel. Ample free parking is available at any of these sites.
Queenston Heights Patio
Whether the Patio is booked with the restaurant or on its own, the view, service and food are all unforgettable. The covered Patio can seat up to 80 people and is available for lunch or brunch any day of the week, or an evening reception any night but Saturdays.
There is a $300 Patio rental fee with a minimum of 50 people on a weekday or 75 people on a Sunday.
Your outdoor ceremony site fee is waived if the Patio is booked for your reception.
Queenston Room
This amazing Restaurant has a banquet room on the lower level with the same spectacular view as the main floor and Patio. There is a full bar and dance floor downstairs with washrooms. The Queenston room has a room rental fee of $300 with a minimum guest list of 50 on weekdays and 75 on the weekend. Please note the lower level is not wheelchair accessible.

"Our wedding was held on September 27th at Queenston Heights Restaurant. I am writing to express my appreciation for an exceptional experience with all of the staff that we worked with from the beginning right through to the end. Sue Zareski our first contact was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was quick to follow up with all of our questions and professionally handled our booking. Olga Norton, the assistant manager, our main contact, made the planning and details of the wedding easy for us. At the last minute there was a seating problem which she rectified with ease and grace. We were very comfortable with her and grateful for her high level of service. Chef Elbert was extraordinary. He guided us through our menu selection and was happy to accommodate our special requests and last minute changes. The guests were wowed by the food and the presentation.
